The following product development and fundraising services are offered to clients on a fee plus expenses basis:

1.	The firm develops and conducts full-day fundraising workshops for clients in which presentations are made on all aspects of the fundraising process. Workshop topics include technical considerations in preparing the project "white paper" or summary, how to punitize client projects at the local level, ways to garner key political support from Members of Congress and other opinion leaders, approaches to marketing the project to potential agency funding organizations, among others.
2.	A short-term consultancy aimed at developing the critically important Political Fundraising Action Plan/Timeline. This 12-month action plan defines the key tasks that need to be implemented and the identification of areas of available funding. The action plan outlines tasks to be accomplished, assigns responsibilities for task completion and the schedule under which each task is to be carried out.
3.	A long-term consultancy in which Seely & Associates serves the client by coordinating fundraising efforts and carrying out specific tasks called for in the action plan. Under this scope of work, Seely & Associates will arrange meetings with Members of Congress, recruit the support of key national officials for the project, develop fundraising materials including letters of support, organization mission statements, etc.
